I think it was her southern drawl that I first fell for. That and the fact that she gushed about my daughter Grace (she had been her teacher at summer arts camp at our church). Oh and her big, beautiful, absolutely genuine smile. Have I said enough?
So when she first contacted me for photos I was elated. Turns out her husband and little boy are just as sweet as she is and so last fall, after her family grew by one beautiful baby girl she called for photos again.
Wrapped by the warm afternoon sunlight, they just loved one another in front of me. I dare you not to smile.
