We celebrated this guy tonight.
He turned 5.
What is it about 5? It’s a tough one, a turning point. Not that Luke isn’t already ahead of the game. He’s so bright and ambitious. He’s already started reading and tries to spell everything.
“Mom, do you spell truck C-H-R-U-K?”
I can hardly stand to say no.
His personality, the good, the bad and the hilarious…is always keeping us on his toes.
He chose Macaroni and Cheese and Donuts for birthday dinner.
Of course we had to have some homemade gluten free donuts too…and big cats are always welcome at Luke’s party.
Oh buddy…
You can do it!
After sugaring up we wheeled out his new bike
It was a good night.
We love you so much buddy.
Oh to be 5 again! Luke David Faris is 150% all BOY. I know he will always celebrate in his own style. Love you.
I just love him. Happy Birthday Luke David!
Such a handsome guy you have there. (Ok, really they all are in your house!) happy birthday,Luke!
That photo of Luke with the doughnut is hilarious! Your doughnuts were awesome too – I need your recipe! I snuck one the next day.
